* Treat all `.js` files within this package as ESM
* Drop `/dist` from git (will add the built file in GitHub releases)
* Shortcuts for Node users (i.e. `import n2words from 'n2words/i18n/EN'`)
* Rely on `package.json` `files` over `.npmignore`
* Update README.md
* Updates to `package.json`
* Updates to `webpack.config.js` to maintain compatibility
