Saas 6976 - Only allow deployment errors of type SaltoError or SaltoElementError (#4329)

* only allow adapter deploy failures of type SaltoError or SaltoElementError

* Change Salesforce adapter deploy response errors to only be of type SaltoError or SaltoElementError

* Change return value of NetSuite's validate to return ReadonlyArray<Error | SaltoError | SaltoElementError> so it will compile correctly

* Show errors in CLI output

* Catch errors in deployOrValidate and create new SaltoElementError for every element in group

* Add test to new error formatter

* Add elemID to NodeSkippedError and update tests to pass coverage report
