feat: Add `Access-Control-Allow-Credentials` support. (#74)

* Enable boolean toggle

Enable toggle box for Access-Control-Allow-Credentials

* set AccessControlAllowCredentials defaults

set AccessControlAllowCredentials defaults to boolean and false

* verify the AccessControlAllow settings value

* add the access-control-allow-credentials to headers

Adds the function and logic necessary to check if the settings page enabled the allow-credentials header, then add it to the outgoing request if it did.

* Update CHANGELOG.md

* refactor to match standards

Re-factored to match the current implementations

* chore: move changelog item to `unreleased`

* chore: lint

* fix: TS typo, cleanup and rebuild

* dev: only add ACAC if `origin` is set

* chore: update strings and order

* docs: add ACAC setting description (no image)

* tests: test ACAC setting

* docs: update settings image
