[Feature #118804865] Password Recovery

- Users can now recover their forgotten passwords
- Update redirect path to `/videos` in `PasswordController.php`
- Include email address and name for sending e-mails in `mail.php`
- Add JS file, `close.js`, to enable closing of close buttons
- Change offsets in `home.js` in order to make sidebar and topbav scroll smoothly
- Update
	- login.blade.php
	- email.blade.php
	- reset.blade.php
	- auth.blade.php
	- dashboard.blade.php
   The above updates are majorly `form creation` related
- Write tests
