IGVF-340 Eliminate mapprofile requests (#174)

* Update npm packages.
* Rebuild package-lock.json after merge with dev.
* Update npm packages.

* Update npm package versions after rebase to dev.
* Rewrite schema page for simplicity, and to properly render indents without composing Tailwind CSS classes, which doesn’t work.
* Update package-lock.json after rebasing with dev.
* Convert the links to add an object from the schema page to use the schema instead of a loaded profile. Remove the ProfileMap component so we don’t load a whole bunch of profiles, ever increasing with the number of object types. Added a semaphore so SessionContext doesn’t load profiles multiple times.
* The inset gray area on schema pages *did* have a point to them — so that scrolling horizontally has a border to contain the JSON.
* Update npm packages.
* Add functions to convert both objects to the corresponding schema and collection objects to the corresponding schema. Convert all `canEdit` to use the schema instead of an item.
* Update npm packages.
* Add Jest tests for the new schema functions, and make those functions more bulletproof.
* Remove now unneeded `AddItemFromSchema` component.
* Load each of session, session-properties, and profiles in their own useEffect callbacks so that we don’t mix their dependencies. This lets us not have to use a semaphore to prevent loading profiles more than once.
* Correct a comment.
* Temporarily change the demo backend to dev.
* Prevent add/edit icons from appearing unless you have authenticated. In the future we might need to distinguish between permissions of different types of users.
* Update Jest tests.
* Update package-lock.json after rebasing on dev.
* Revert config.py for the default cdk configuration.
