Add jRuby to Travis CI run.  Account for jRuby bad behavior.

- SecureRandom.hex(32) returns a string encoded with 'ASCII-8BIT' on jRuby, not 'US-ASCII' as on MRI (correctly)
- Subtracting a Time.now from another Time.now on jRuby returns only 3 decimals of precision Float, MRI is much higher.  So impossible to calculate ms difference between two times. Argh.
