Build upgrades (#131)

* Converting gulpfile to ES6

* Additional gulpfile ES6 updates

* Upgrading to babel 6.0, globals build

This commit replaces the closure-compiler build step with a new
library called rollup, which creates a minimal uncompressed and
compressed file. Glad to be able to drop closure-compiler, which
previously did this.

* Ensure gulpfile still works in node 4.*

* Adding missing through2 package
