Add **kwargs support to `.get_buy_url()` and `.get_add_url()`

* Give more control to the user
* Make it possible to avoid `if thing: data['thing'] = thing` for
  simple params
* Reduce the amount of code in the client
* Updating Dialog API param doesn't need a corresponding client release
