IGVF-412 Disable guest logins (#140)

* Detect errors when logging into the server and redirect to an error page.
* Add custom error pages to make errors more consistent. Handle an unusual signin case with a null server session so that we don’t crash.
* Remove console.log.
* Add Jest tests for the new Error component.
* Rename the error Jest test that I named incorrectly in the last commit. Add a Cypress test for the 404 page.
* Update npm packages.
* Use the new error log for more generic errors.
* Point at the alpha igvfd demo since we can’t really make igvfd demos for now.
* Use window location for redirecting to the authentication error page.
* Remove igvfd alpha demo reference.
* Delete undefined variable that caused a build failure. Reinstall alpha demo reference.
* Get to full Jest coverage.
* Remove a stray console.log. Add comments. Always uppercase the error-page title.
* Correctly categorize order of imports in _app.js.
* Revert demo config igvfd URL.
