Fix #62 - Retain leading 0's in stop codes

* Don't convert stop code String to int.  This allows us to retain leading 0's, which OBA needs to match stop codes that start with 0.  For example, if 040040 is the stop code, OBA server will only find the stop if 040040 is provided as the query parameter.  If 40040 is provided, it will not find the stop.
