Issue #88

Bug was caused by the improper construction of the javascript inclusion
templates in the aashe-theme library. App.js references functions like
owl-carousel or fancy-box, and those files were note loaded in the template.

They WERE originally included in the conference template, but once this
was moved to a separate template fragment and compressed, app.js could no
longer "see" these dependencies. Updating the theme library to include
these scripts solved the issue, as everything was now processed together
correctly.
