IGVF-375 Implement facets and facet groups (#135)

* Make a sticky, scrollable nav area. Not mobile-friendly yet.
* Add facet code from IGVF-375-facets-modal. Display facet group buttons next to the search results.
* Display functional facets for the selected facet group. Copy the colors of the facet group buttons from IGVF-375-facets-modal.
* Show selected facet groups through color. Select the first facet group when navigating to new search results. I might still want to change the mechanism to a simpler one if possible.
* Get rid of useEffect to detect the user navigating to a new search-list page and instead use a React key. Add facets to the report pages.
* Use a function to generate the key to remount `<FacetSection>` when navigating to new pages.
* Connect the demo to https://igvfd-igvf-475-facet-configs.demo.igvf.org.
* Don’t show facet group button when no facet groups exist.
* Bring the navigation back to the content but allow it to scroll independenly of content.
* Clean up facet group selected-terms icon styles. Make the facet panel sticky.
* Implement a scroll-to-top button on all pages.
* Fix the formatting of the report views.
* Make facets responsive.
* Style navigation for mobile.
* Because the main navigation is now wider, change the breakpoint for the access-key columns.
* Have the Cypress search test pass with new back-end columns.
* Use new embedded properties from IGVF-475-facet-configs for AnalysisSet search and object pages.
* Handle the embedding for biomarkers.
* Add initial facet Jest tests. Update comments, and change the props for `<FacetGroupButton>` to avoid passing the group title as a child when it comes in the group object anyway.
* Handle newly embedded award and lab objects in curated sets.
