migrate to python 3! :)

 - manage.py had to be fixed to support pymysql driver (std mysql driver does not work with py3)
 - local import had to be fixed = ``from . import models`` instead of ``import models``
 - fabric does not work with py3, I created simple bash scripts, this is not as bad as it sounds since fabric was overkill for this usecase
 - I had to discard python-cron because it did not work with python3, I will check it once more
