Avoid El Capitan SCardGetAttrib bug

On Mac OS X El Capitan (10.11.4 at least) SCardGetAttrib() returns
SCARD_E_NOT_TRANSACTED if the value in pcbAttrLen is lower than the
needed buffer size, even on the first call when no buffer is used.

We now use a value of 65535 instead of 0 to bypass the bug.
