creedsolo.pyx: lots of optimizations: nogil, prange, boundscheck disabled, shape instead of len, use memoryviews whenever possible, return memoryviews, define return values of several bytearray returning functions + standardize init_tables() behavior in creedsolo.pyx compared to reedsolo.py (now both return a tuple instead of list, and creedsolo.pyx also returns field_charac).
