[MRG] Fixed issue #6635: incorrect docstring for Birch

* Fixed issue #6635 where the documentation for sklearn.cluster.Birch said that n_clusters defaults to None but were actually 3.

* Updated docstring to reflect the changes made in commit 038d4e3 fixing issue #6635.
