Feature: remote monitoring of client logs (upload) (#9)

* Add noPlugins entry point
* WsClient listener: allow uploading of client stories
* Improve tests
* Add IE support in examples
* Remove SIGN severity level. Add platform description to root story title
* Cleaner check for server console 'pollution control'
* Prevent duplication of messages sent to the browser extension when upload is on (via browserExtension list. and wsClient list.)
* Update deps and include fast coverage testing
