IGVF-458 Display human-readable schema titles on profile page (#116)

* Update npm packages.
* Update the isomorphic-dompurify npm package to 1.0.
* Update @testing-library/react npm package to version 14.0. The main upgrade to this package involves the requirement of node 14. igvf-ui requires node 16, so we’re well within the new requirement.
* Load the collection titles from the new `/collection-titles/` endpoint. Make the ESLint config enforce camel-case variables, dot notation on object properties, and no elses following a return inside an if. Make the corresponding corrections to code that violate these new rules.
* More updates for old code to meet the new ESLint configuration.
* Update npm packages.
