Indexer::import(), MetadataCollection::import(): fix the error handling loop

* If a network error occurs, perform sleep only once for the whole chunk
  (because if many network error occur, sleeping longer than transaction
  timeout is likely to happen)
* Avoid using "continue" in the error handling loop.
* MetadataCollection::import map the ConnectException (and not the
  ClientException) as a network error
