Simplified ANSICodeMapping and list_tags().

Copying BASE_CODES every time Color() instantiated is dumb and
inefficient. Reading from BASE_CODES directly since code doesn't make
any changes to it.

Simplified ANSICodeMapping.__getitem__(). No longer hard-coding all
properties in a giant if statement. Using getattr() instead.

Made list_tags() easier to understand. Using a single .sort() instead of
a bunch of chained sorted().
