IGVF-442 Fix post-login redirect for URIs with query strings (#110)

* I wasn’t including the query string in the post login redirect path, leaving the report-page redirect with no query string. This is also true of the /search path. I now include the query string in the redirect path.
* Add Cypress tests to make sure we redirect back to the correct pages, including query strings, after login.
