Ensure `cluster_helpers.PixelSOMCluster` receives the `fovs` argument (#905)

* Propagate fovs list to PixelSOMCluster

* Propagate fovs argument to tests

* Allow cell clustering to subset on FOVs too

* Make sure CellSOMCluster tests work with new fovs param

* Take explicit intersection of fovs with fov_list returned by find_fovs_missing_col to allow for further fov subsetting

* Temporary fix for matplotlib 3.7 (extraneous axes ticks still appearing on side)
