Rewrite new unit unassociation tests

The previous commit added tests which created an RPM repository, synced
in content, removed a unit, re-published the repository, and nominally
verified the success of the procedure. Rewrite these new tests:

* Drop `isodate` from the list of optional dependencies. Use the newly
  added python-dateutil dependency instead.
* Drop module `pulp_smash.tests.rpm.api_v2.test_last_unit_removed`, and
  move the new test case to module
  `pulp_smash.tests.rpm.api_v2.test_unassociate`. The latter module is
  already dedicated to the task of testing the
  `{repo_path}/actions/unassociate/` path.
* Add a test verifying that the removed unit cannot be fetched after a
  re-publish.
* Re-write docstrings to more clearly explain what's going on.

All updated tests pass. Test results generated with:

    python -m unittest2 pulp_smash.tests.rpm.api_v2.test_unassociate
