Backup and restore resource's binary content properly

* Backup resource's binary content on PUT /{resource}
  * Mark if a resource didn't have binary content before the
    PUT /{resource}
* Make BinaryPayload::restore() handle restoring a resource to the
  "has no binary content" state.
* Fix the way BinaryPayload::restore() is called in the
  TransactionController::rollbackTransaction() so it's being called for
  right resources.
