* Update npm packages except for Cypress 12.
* Upgrade Cypress to version 12.1.0.
* Update Cypress to 12.1 in Cypress docker containers.
* Implement a test form of the /search/ path as a server component. I still need to figure out how to render the entire page including the navigation and background.
