Add minimal testing of GC_malloc_explicitly_typed_ignore_off_page

* tests/gctest.c [!NO_TYPED_TEST] (typed_test): Call
GC_malloc_explicitly_typed_ignore_off_page() instead of
GC_MALLOC_EXPLICITLY_TYPED() every 1/256th iteration of the loop;
replace GC_malloc_explicitly_typed to GC_calloc_explicitly_typed in
the error message if a test fails after GC_calloc_explicitly_typed()
invocation.

&& CPPCHECK] (main): Remove
