New style service debugging (#95)

* New style service debugging

Part of: https://github.com/creek-service/creek-system-test/issues/172

The way service debugging is done has changed. The system test executor how accepts mount points and environment variables (more generic) and this build plugin needs to use these to mount a directory containing the AttachMe agent jar and pass in suitable `JAVA_TOOL_OPTIONS` to invoke it.
