LekensteynAdd CI for Windows using Appveyor Notes: - Uses a patched HereRocks (0.6.2-2-g3552b04 + "Initial Windows Port", Lekensteyn/hererocks@7af7d9c) for Windows support. This only works with MSVC for the moment, but that is sufficient. - Uses libgcrypt from Wireshark because this library was intended to be used in a Wireshark Lua dissector. Source https://anonsvn.wireshark.org/wireshark-win64-libs/trunk/packages/gnutls-3.2.15-2.9-win64ws.zip sha1 dd870c2de sha256 574dbda0284263c93659c5a4a993de744 - pip --disable-pip-version-check avoids Appveyor build failures.
