[Feature] Add emoji search feature

- Include route for search and handler in routes.php
- Add search handler method, searchEmoji, in EmojisController.php
- Refactor EmojisController.php
- Add relation method, emojis, in Category.php
- Add scope methods to handle different search option in Emoji.php
- Remove unnecessary exception check in dependencies.php
- Add test cases for newly added route in NaijaEmojiApiBaseTest.php
- Modify phpunit.xml to ensure test stops running once a test fails
