Metadata + Details

Added ability to add metadata to cache `set` that can be retrieved via `get`or `getMany`

- Added `CacheLinkItem` to model a cached item. Contains value, TTL, metadata, etc.

- Renamed existing `get` and `getMany` to `getSimple` and `getManySimple` that make use of new functions.

- New `get` and `getMany` now return instances of `CacheLinkItem`.

- Updated tests.
