[Feature] Implement /auth/logout route with tests

- Include logout route with handler in routes.php
- Add error handlers in dependencies.php
- Add logout method to handle logout requests
- Create BlacklistedToken model to manage tokens that have been logged out
- Write test cases to test /auth/logout route in NaijaEmojiApiTest file
