Auto merge of #82 - ligthyear:add-dokku-setup, r=ethan

Add dokku setup

This PR adds support to have people (automatically) deploy to dokku.

It contains the following changes:

 - simplify .travis.yml to allow easier deploy methods
 - docker setup for dokku based system
 - minor changes on manager, requirements and deploy scripts
 - add possibility to overwrite config var via environment
 - documentation on how to setup beavy on dokku with CI
