Feature Enhancements
- Add `JSON` column type to `JdbcSinkConfig` to support writing complex objects to database sinks
- Add a `BasicJdbcConnectionProvider` implementation for `JdbcSinkConfig` to enable adding arbitrary properties to jdbc connection requests
- Add kafka-specific headers to deserialized avro kafka messages to support better metric generation
- Add [uuid-creator library](https://github.com/f4b6a3/uuid-creator) to support better UUID generation
- Add [id64](https://github.com/epiphanous/id64) implementation to support generation of Id64 ids.

Bug Fixes:
- Improve serialization and deserialization of avro unions, arrays and maps
- Fixed `JdbcSinkConfig` `batchInterval` to represent milliseconds instead of seconds
- Fixed `FileSink` bucket time path generation
