IGVF-318 Add Jest tests for page components (#94)

IGVF-318-page-comp-jest

* Test the IMAGE_ALIGNED page component.
* Change the IMAGE_ALIGNED test to use the `<PageComponent>` component instead of calling `<ImageAligned>` directly. Follow this model for the other page-component tests.
* Add Jest tests for the PAGE_NAV page component. Also make sure trailing newlines in the spec text don’t cause a crash.
* Update the last commit to remove debugging.
* Add a Jest test for the YouTube component.
* Add Jest tests for special cases for `<PageComponent>`.
* Get components/form.js to full Jest coverage.
* Get Cypress tests to pass with with indexing delays. Introduce new Cypress commands for indexing delays and reload delays.
* Correct the last commit.
* Remove `isSpellCheckDisabled` from title field of page editor.
* Small updates, mostly to comments.
