⚡️Improve Adding Traces to handle multiple dates and existing dates. (#61)

* Add heif format for valid image type

* Refactored adding image url feature

* Exclude Date information on TraceRequest

* Added format date to string yyyy-MM-dd format

* Change createTrace to create multiple date trace, and only add
footprints if trace on that date already exists.

* Update createTrace test

* Change create trace to merge footprints if has same place and near time.

* Fixed DataInitializer, and lint
