IGVF-324 Get full Jest test line coverage (#90)

Note: Merging to dev without QA as this branch includes no user-facing changes.

* Get full coverage of lib/general.js
* Add Jest test for lib/profiles.js to get 100% coverage with it.
* Get full Jest test coverage of fetch-request.js.
* Get full Jest test coverage of collection/count.js.
* Get full Jest test coverage of button.js.
* Get full Jest test coverage of the Checkbox component.
* Get full Jest test coverage of lib/authentication.js.
* components/authentication.js works, but I can’t change the useAuth0 return values between tests.
* For components/authentication.js, switch to a method of mocking useAuth0 that lets you change the returned values from the hook between tests.
* Add to the comments for the previous commit.
* Remove a console.log.
* Remove a file I added to the components/__mocks__ directory I ended up not using.
* Get full Jest coverage of the browser-storage.js custom hooks module.
* Add some missing code comments.
* Get copy-button.js tests to full coverage.
* Exclude icons.js from coveralls code coverage, as it just doesn’t make sense to write Jest tests for this file.
* Get Instruction component to full Jest coverage.
* Get full coverage for modal Jest test.
* Skip testing session-context.js. It’s difficult to write tests for, and it might change completely for redoing the authentication interactions between igvf-ui, igvfd, and auth0.
* Update npm packages.
* Update button tests for new button abilities.
* Add to the button test because of a change to button.js now merged into dev. Add data-testid properties to some cell-renderers and cell-renderer dependencies. Get cell-renderers.js to full Jest-test coverage.
* Get full Jest test coverage for the table download button.
* Make some progress in the table.js test coverage.
* Finish the column-selector buttons.
* Get full Jest test coverage for table.js.
