BUGFIX: Don't stop reading after handshake.

When the handshake parsing was completed, any remaining data in the buffer must be dealt with. The server could send the handshake reply, immediately followed by websocket data. libws would simply ignore that before.

Found this trying to get the AutobahnTestSuite working. It would connect fine, but after connect nothing happened, until after 1 second when the Autobahn fuzzing server timeout killed the connection.
