[OpenWrt] Changed definition of wireless "network" attribute

Removed minimum lenght of array, empty arrays will be ignored.
This will make life easier in auto generated UIs.

Dashes and dots will be converted to underscores.
This should make life easier for users, not everyone
will remember the difference between "ifname" and "network".

Changed title to "Wireless Settings".
