steveyenMB-18546, MB-18680 - ns-server stats-related defs caching Cache the defs retrievals so that we're not continually requesting the latest index/plan defs from metakv every second. This brings cbft cpu usage (measured via top on my dev macbook using cluster-run with 2 cbft nodes) to just under 1% territory.
