* Remove deprecated retrycount mechanism.
* Update JavaDoc statements.
* Fix JavaDoc warnings.
* Switch from JDK-9 to JDK-11 for module-info compilation.
* Indicate that we don't compile Java-5 compatible bytecode, but Java-8 bytecode.
* Reorder static factory and constructor.
* Change toString to use isAvailable and get instead of private fields.
