Implement 7 (#8)

* Building / debugging tesseract processor

* Added languages and tesseract config as options in avi_tesseract_processor

* Run alto and pdf processing concurrently with ThreadPoolExecutor

* Building in entry point logic

* Setup AviTesseractProcessor to use ProcessPoolExecutor instead of ThreadPoolExecutor

* Added dill package to help serialize objects when slated for process pool executor task

* Defined OCRing methods outside of class in order to be compatible with ProcessPoolExecutor 

* Tests for tesseract related files

* Updated python to 3.8.14 locally

* Preparing entrypoints / scripts for usage with avi_processor

* Linting tesseract modules/classes

* Setting up travis for tesseract related tests 

* Tests and linting for OCR classes
