Fix S3 Integration

* Fixed settings to make S3 and FeinCMS compatible.
* Fixed template tags to reference media url dynamically rather than
hard-coded. Turns out there is no access to {{ MEDIA_URL }} because
FeinCMS uses a Context() instance rather than RequestContext(), thereby
bypassing the template context processors I need. But buried deep in the
default MediaFile content type model is an attribute image.file.url that
properly inherits the upload path as a media url
