Reactive API: Emit items during command processing #178

The reactive API emits items for most bulk command replies while receiving it. This changes behavior from emitting all items once the command has completed to emit items as they are received and before the command is completed.

Commands affected by this use the Key, Value, String-List, ScoredValue, GeoWithin and GeoCoordinates outputs. Singular value outputs, ArrayOutput, ListOfMaps and NestedMultiOutput are not affected by this change.

Commands in a transactional state are treated specially as the result is returned within the Observables of the command and within the Observable of the EXEC command to not break compatibility.
