Commit Message

Update transifex config

Shifted translation messages for hacker news and the
comments module into their own transifex projects. Why?
Because, we can't add them as sub-projects within the
Beavy project, which might be ideal. And this seems
to make more modular sense, plus it allows us to have
.web and .server msg resources for these discrete parts.
