When iterating, we may have a lower-level snapshot that also needs
iterating.

But, we never want to see deletions and such bubble up from the
lower-level, so this change provides a clean, zero&amp;#39;ed
IteratorOptions{} for the lower-level StartIterator() params, instead
of (possibly incorrectly) copying the current iterator options.
