Bump hawk and fsevents in /example/jscada-vue-example

Removes [hawk](https://github.com/mozilla/hawk). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [fsevents](https://github.com/fsevents/fsevents). These dependencies need to be updated together.


Removes `hawk`

Updates `fsevents` from 1.1.2 to 2.3.2
