Refactor newly added consumer bind tests

Refactor module `pulp_smash.tests.platform.api_v2.test_consumer`:

* Include the new code in generated documentation.
* Ensure the new code passes the various linters (try `make all`).
* Fiddle with docstrings. Most importantly, make the new test case (now
  called `BindConsumerTestCase`) reference the Pulp documentation
  relevant to this test.
* Reformat code.
* Restructure code. Most importantly:
    * Drop the helper methods: they make nearly no references to
      ``self``, and are simple enough (after some refactoring) that
      writing them as functions seems overkill.
    * Isolate the assertions. No failed assertion should prevent any
      other assertion from running.
