XML results writer (#126)

Add test case and suite result interfaces to model and pass these to the listeners.

Add implementation of test case and suite results to the executor and wire up dummy results for now.

Add XML shim classes to wrap result implementations and map them to types that will serialize correctly as XML

Add XML result mapper and writer to write out XML results.
