IGVF-263 Display term names for sample-derived object and collection pages (#72)

* Include `technical_sample_term` on the Technical Sample Term collection and object pages. Remove the `technical_sample_ontology` display, as that doesn’t exist in the schema anymore.
Display the biosample_term.term_name on the sample-derived collection pages and on the individual pages. Display the disease_term.term_name on individual pages.
Restore some accidentally deleted changes. I’ll start a new branch and move the correct changes from this branch in.
* Change data item label from sentence casing to title casing.
* Redo how The technical samples show `technical_sample_term` on the collection page.
* Update column casing change from igvfd for Cypress test.
* Update npm packages.
* Display the term_name of the disease terms on biosample-derived pages.
* Update package-lock.json. Still not up to date for Jest, but that comes later as we’ll need to change our code for the latest Jest.
* Standardize all sample-derived objects to display their linked biosample term below their accession on the collection pages. Make sure they get displayed on their individual pages, particularly for technical samples which use a different property.
* Correct a Cypress test that expected table controls for the documents collection page which shows no items (they’re all In Progress) and therefore has no controls.
* Add new components to display a data line in collection items. That includes a component to separate items within the data line with a new circle svg, and a standard titled link within the data line.
* Add new <CollectionData> components on all sample-derived objects.
* Update npm packages.
* Correct a comment.
* Add new titles to Cell Line collection and object pages.
* Change all sample-derived objects to display the biosample term in the collection and individual titles along with their accessions.
* Update package-lock.json for rebase with dev.
