Allow management of OCR Engines and Print Fonts via admin interface
Allow a Page and Work to be added/modified/deleted via admin interface

Update primary dashboard to only show batch job statuses for OCR job types (exclude font training and other types)

If a Work is deleted, also delete associated Pages

Ensure a work's wks_title is unique

Ensure a batch job is assigned a OCR engine and Job Type

Ensure an OCR Engine has a name

Update create_bulk for pages and works to show how many inserts failed

Update seed data to remove unsupported OCR engines and add Ocular.  Add 'Font Training' as a job type
